Broadway productions contract Broadway Plus to provide Audience Engagement Management. Producers turn to us to provide a dedicated team member to handle all things related to patron hospitality, photo booth marketing, special events, and VIP/Press guests in the theater. Designed and managed by Mary Ragus, this role works entirely during performance hours and streamlines all marketing/social media activations on-site, stepping in so management teams can focus on the essentials. It’s about having that extra person there every night to make sure everything goes perfectly. Current partners include Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Little Shop of Horrors.
