Bianca Marroquin is the first Mexican actress to have played a starring role both on Broadway and in her native country of Mexico. Bianca is best known for her portrayal of Roxie Hart in Chicago, a role she’s played on-and-off for an incredible 19 years on Broadway, in Mexico, and on the National Tour. You wouldn’t believe the celebrities she’d shared the stage with! Bianca also originated the role of Mary Poppins in Spanish, and has been a judge on Mira Quien Baila (the Mexican version of Dancing with the Stars) since 2010. One of her coolest gigs was playing Chita Rivera in the Award-winning television series Fosse/Verdon, in which she ironically performed Velma instead of Roxie! Bianca also played everyone’s favorite Washington Heights salon owner, Daniela, for a nine-week run in 2010 in Broadway’s In The Heights! Bianca loves to connect to her fans through meet-and-greets, Q&As, coachings, and virtual concerts. Be sure to ask Bianca for her “magical story about Michelle Williams” that happened while filming Fosse/Verdon!
