Making his Broadway debut in the 2011 production of Bonnie & Clyde, Claybourne stayed steady on the scene performing next in the beloved Steven Sondheim musical Sunday in the Park With George. He began his career when Stephen Sondheim chose him to play the role of Hollis in his musical, Road Show. He was nominated for a Lucille Lortel award for his performance in Allegro and a Drama Desk for his performance in One Arm and performed at the Hollywood Bowl production of Sondheim on Sondheim.
