Elena Ricardo has the honor of performing as Broadway's final Sophie in Mamma Mia!, after the show's incredible 14-year run on Broadway! Born into a family of Broadway performers, Elena was a junior Olympic gymnast for 10 years before she took to performing. She made her debut in the ensemble of the world premiere of Bring It On: The Musical and
then joined the National Tour of Mamma Mia before joining the Broadway company as Sophie!. Elena has also starred as Betty (and occasionally Carole!) in the National Tour and Broadway productions of Beautiful - The Carole King Musical and is currently the Marlena/ June standby in the Broadway production of Water for Elephants. Elena is so excited to connect with fans and talk about the shared love for Broadway and performing!
