Gayle has worked on many sides of the industry. Acting, Producing, Casting and Directing. She was a founding partner of Wojcik/Seay Casting, a premier casting office who cast the touring companies of Jesus Christ Superstar, RENT, Something Rotten!, Kinky Boots and Rock of Ages among many others. W/S also cast commercials, Print, TV & film. She is now the Artistic Director of STAGES St. Louis where the second Pre Broadway show will premiere in 2025! Gayle recently directed productions of Jersey Boys at Riverside Theatre and A Chorus Line at STAGES . She started off her career as a dancer/performer. Gayle starred as Demeter in the closing company of Cats on Broadway at the Winter Garden Theatre. Gayle was also a producer on the 2023 hit The Cottage on Broadway! She has worn lots of hats!
