Mia Pinero is the definition of a rising star! Soon after graduating from Montclair State University with a BFA in Musical Theatre, she quickly booked an unbelievable opportunity - understudying the role of Maria in Broadway’s recent revival of West Side Story! She was most recently in the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd with Josh Groban, covering Johanna and the Beggar Woman. Mia has originated the role of Jo in the World premiere production of Ken Ludwig's Lend Me a Soprano at the Alley Theatre, was Woman 1 in Paper Mill Playhouse's production of Songs for a New World with Carolee Carmelo, and co-produced and released her solo debut album 'Growing Up'.
