Wesley Taylor, a University of North Carolina School of the Arts graduate, is renowned for originating notable roles on Broadway, including Sheldon Plankton in The SpongeBob Musical, Lucas Beineke in The Addams Family, and Franz in Rock of Ages, for which he received a Theatre World Award. His diverse credits also include performances in Assassins, The Who’s Tommy, and Cabaret, as well as winning a Chita Rivera Award for Alice By Heart. On television, he has appeared in SMASH, The Good Wife, and The Tomorrow People, alongside his role in The Spongebob Musical: Live on Stage. Furthermore, Taylor has made significant contributions in film, co-creating and directing Summoning Sylvia and co-writing and directing the Emmy-nominated series Indoor Boys and the Hulu series It Could Be Worse.
