Sonya Balsara is making her Broadway debut as Jasmine in Aladdin on Broadway. She recently worked on the Pre-Broadway lab of The Karate Kid (Ali Mills), Sense and Sensibility (Lucy, Elinor u/s) at Theatreworks Silicon Valley, and West Side Story (Maria) in Tokyo, Japan. Her film credits include “FBI” (CBS), Mozart in the “Jungle” (Amazon Prime), and feature film “Boarding School” (Amazon Prime). She graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama from the New Studio on Broadway and Stonestreet Studios Conservatory (Film/TV Acting).
