Nathaniel started Broadway Plus in 2016 as the first and only company to fulfill and promote Official VIP experiences for Broadway shows, a distinction that holds true today. The company quickly gained the attention and support of the Broadway and luxury travel industries alike, as a much-needed link between the two. It has since grown into a category-defining one-stop-shop that offers a myriad of exciting ways for Broadway fans to connect with Broadway “beyond the ticket,” both virtually and live in New York City.
As a producer, Nathaniel lead-produced CLEOPATRA at Chelsea Music Hall, which played to critical acclaim and was described by The New York Times as “bootylicious.” Prior to founding Broadway Plus, he worked as a company manager, management associate, and intern on Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including Hamilton, Wicked, Sting’s The Last Ship, Next to Normal, Billy Elliot, and Ragtime, for elite theatrical management and production companies including DR Theatrical, Baseline Theatrical, Serino/Coyne, and The Producing Office.
Nathaniel proudly serves on the Junior Board of the Make A Wish Foundation’s New York chapter, aiding the organization’s fundraising efforts and granting dozens of Broadway wishes each year.

Nathaniel is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and global circumnavigator who believes cheese should be included in every meal.
Tyce Green is a true performer and entrepreneur combined.
As a performer, he’s toured with mega-hit bands: Heart, Air Supply, and Berlin, recorded a solo album with Grammy-Award winning songwriter Jim Steinman (Bat Out of Hell, Total Eclipse of the Heart, It’s All Coming Back to Me), and appeared on ABC’s American Idol. Tyce is also a runway model who’s appeared at New York Fashion Week and Project Runway on Bravo. Currently, he can be seen on tour as Annas in Jesus Christ Superstar.
As an entrepreneur, Tyce has built some of the most successful Broadway educational enterprises. At age 19, he started his first business, The Audition Consultant, providing tailored coaching expertise. The idea came during his freshman year of college, where, as the resident “musical theatre nerd,” he was known for having a wide knowledge of obscure repertoire. The seniors would go to him for song suggestions and he’d listen to them sing and immediately be able to suggest unique material. A few years into teaching, at age 22, Tyce was frustrated that he couldn’t play piano… so he taught himself!
As his acting career accelerated, he met and worked with esteemed Broadway stars, many of whom expressed their frustration with the lack of available teaching opportunities. Looking to fill this niche, Tyce combined his coaching and business skills into becoming an “educational agent” for Broadway performers under the company, Straight From New York. Continuing his work with educational institutes, he found many were hindered by budgets, so he founded Artists & Beyond, which provided not only educational services and artists, but also the consulting necessary for schools to recoup their “investments” on events.
After COVID in March of 2020, A&B pivoted to online booking, gaining a large following with lightning speed. This caught the attention of a certain competitor, and in 2021, Artists & Beyond merged with Broadway Plus, solidifying a groundbreaking industry partnership.

Ryan got her start on Broadway in the management office of Beautiful – The Carole King Musical in 2013. From there, she was quickly recruited by legendary Broadway advertising agency Serino Coyne, where she held positions in account management and event coordination. Ryan graduated to planning Broadway’s biggest opening night parties – some of her most memorable openings include Dear Evan Hansen, CATS, and The Color Purple. She also had the honor of coordinating the Honors Reception, Awards Luncheon, and the iconic Plaza Hotel Tony Awards After Party in 2015 and 2016. Ryan then spent the next few years honing her startup and marketing skills at two NYC-based startups in the event, technology, and real estate industries. Ryan conceived of and spearheads Broadway Plus’s PlusPass subscription service.

Betsy Werbel is a former Broadway performer who has been working in New York City for over 25 years as a professional artist and event planner. Betsy was seen by millions on Broadway and around North America in both Wicked and Les Misérables, making her a true Broadway veteran. Betsy is very active philanthropically, having produced fundraising events and raised funds for multiple foundations including The Brian Werbel Memorial Fund, Medwish International, and many others.

Betsy performed in Les Misérables for 9 years, and Wicked for 7. Unusually short to play Madame Morrible, she was jokingly referred to as “the Morriblette” backstage.
Ally Weber’s “big break” was at the age of 18, when a start-up called the Broadway Briefing gave her a chance to join its team. That year, she had the opportunity to write drafts of the daily newsletter that revolutionized how the theater industry takes in news, conduct product development research for Broadway Briefing Pro (upgraded newsletter with exclusive insights and analysis), and learned about the ins-and-outs of start-ups and the commercial theater landscape. From there, Ally gained valuable industry experience at 321 Theatrical Management, The Pekoe Group, AKA NYC, and the Ambassador Theatre Group/The Emerson Colonial Theatre, where highlights include collaborating on the marketing of hit-shows such as Wicked and Avenue Q. Ally was instrumental to the development and launch of Broadway Plus’s virtual experience platform beginning in March of 2020.

Chris graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre (Acting) and English. Prior to graduating, Chris served as a Public Relations Intern at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, and as the Marketing Director of NYMF’s Student Leadership Program Concert. Taylor is a performer and event producer based in the United Kingdom. At only 19, he boasts impressive contacts within the West End and Broadway, including the UK, Broadway, and Australian casts of SIX. He started out by hosting and creating “Theatre Fan Parties,” and when the pandemic hit, he decided to take it all online. To date, he’s hosted over 250 workshops, concerts, Q&As, and reunions, including a live concert at the Arts Theatre in London. Outside of producing, Taylor is a performer, currently training at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting.

Michelle Palm Martin is a senior at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor of Theatre Arts, Concentration in Performing Arts Management. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she grew up in South Florida. In the past, Michelle has worked at Disney Theatrical Group in New York City, International Artists Management in London, and the Broward Center for the Performing Center in Ft. Lauderdale. She’s the Co-Founder of Blank Space Workshop, U of M’s Playwright Development workshop organization, and the Co-Executive Producer of MUSKET, the country’s largest student-run musical theatre organization.

Rye Myers is the Founder of RyeTheNewsGuy.com, a multi-media entertainment company founded in 2015. Knowing that the news industry needed to be overhauled in its current format, Rye set out on a mission to create a platform focused ONLY on light-hearted, positive, fun, and entertaining content. Since its founding, Rye has had the distinct honor to interview and rub elbows with some of the biggest names in the world of Broadway and Hollywood, including EMMY, GRAMMY, and Tony Award Winners. In the fall of 2020, Rye created “Live with Rye!” a new digital talk show series with guests from the Broadway and Entertainment world. Rye is also a producer and is President of Rye Entertainment, a production company that is breaking boundaries with it’s innovative and groundbreaking content across TV, Film, Theater, and Digital.
Jeremy is an accomplished musical theater writer, best known for musical romps and pop-tart bop songs. Projects in development include Furrious and Botoxic. Jeremy has spearheaded and managed PR, marketing, and social media campaigns for several performers and corporations, as well as Off-Broadway shows and not-for-profit theaters. Jeremy is currently pursuing his MFA in Arts Policy and Management; he plans to advocate regionally and nationally for greater arts access and funding. Jeremy is passionately involved with BCEFA and the Broadway Green Alliance.
